BILTMORE HOTEL - MIAMI
The Hotel offers 273 guest rooms, including 133 suites, Junior and Executive suites. All rooms feauture embrace a luxurious and charming atmosphere, the décor is ispired by Mediterranean and Moorish influence, and all with a magnificent city skyline or hotel’s pool or superb golf course. The Hotel offers breakfast buffet or a la carte at FONTANA restaurant, you can choose to have breakfast inside or in the courtyard of the restaurant, with a fontain in its center and a Mediterranean architecture all around it. I had breakfast in the courtyard every morning, and it was really relaxing among the palm trees and the fontain.
Fontana Restaurant, is the italian inspired cuisine of the hotel, with local and seasonal ingredients and an excellent wine list, I had dinner and I advise it, it was really delicious!
Cellar Cab Bar, is an option to Fontana restaurant if you want drink something indoors. It's close to the restaurant and the lobby, it's the perfect place to drink and read in relax.
If you want spent a private lunch or dinner, you can reserve the Cabana Romance, an amazing experience alonside the pool, that can accomodate up to eight spcial guests.
The Biltmore Pool, the most world famous pool, to spent a few hours in a stylish setting for relaxing.
If I will back in Miami, I think I'll choose The Bitmore again. it was really relaxing for me, it's so amazing back to the Biltmore after a day in Miami South beach or around Miami and dining at Fontana restaurant in chill. This tranquil hotel is really perfect after a long and caothic day.
